I have the ninja crispy (non pro model). I’m trying to understand what roast mode do. From some reserach it say same temp but lower fan speed. Other result say also lower temperature.

In particular i’m doing a sous vide pork fillet and i want to use the crispy to make the final sealing. What is the best setting between the two?
