Should I take them out of storage Thursday night or Friday morning?

I’m watching the Telluride Bluegrass Festival on Nugs. There’s a section of seating right in front of the stage, with a fence behind it.
I’ve been looking online and cannot figure out what that seating is. Is it for VIPS or do people buy tickets to sit there?
I have a large amount of snapdragons available to me. They look prime to cut today, but I’m using them in 10 days.
I’m trying to decide if they will last better waiting a few days to cut, or if they can be cared for better by cutting and hydrating and keeping in a cooler all of the 9 days before arranging.
How long can snaps last and look good, if properly cared for after cutting?
I have an event coming up in 2 weeks. As some buds bloom, I’m wondering how long they will last before I cut them.
I usually cut blooms right away, so I don’t have much experience with longevity on the plant. Around 80 degree week coming up.
I know how to care for them after I cut them, just wondering when I should stop cutting off blooms and let them ride til harvest day. Harvest day is in 11 days.

Thinking about this dress. The other color option is pretty much brown and maybe not a great color for the wedding, and soft pink which looks bad on me. Don’t know if this is classic or “too much like white”. (Bride is very low key but I don’t want to look silly.)
