I have pure o and it flared up pretty badly to the point of being pretty much debilitating this Feb.

Since then I’ve seen counsellors and a psychologist who reassured me it does sound like ocd which has helped me cope.. been able to live my life more normally but it tends to flare up again before my period.

I saw my gp and she suggested either going on the pill for PMS symptoms which I’m not keen on, or ssri’s 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

I’m reluctant cuz I feel like it’s unnecessary some days but other days I feel like I’d try anything to feel better.
Has anyone found ssris to be urself for pure o?

I’m bi and looking for a practicing Muslim man who’s bi/gay in the UK ideally. Would prefer if Pakistani but open to everyone.
Im attracted to everyone regardless of gender, no intention of acting on my feelings for women and just want a man who’s in a similar situation to me..
