Love this watch! But regret not just shooting for my Zulu!

Consolidate? Loan? Transfer? On a credit card
Hello im kind of a noob at this as i never really had debt, so im wanting to know the best path for my wife. She has a $3700 credit card debt atm. APR is at 30%.and credit score is 660. Her monthly fee is $130. She pays it every month but then gets hit with a $95 interest fee eachb month so we feel like its its 1 foot forward 1 foot back.we did go through hard time but are back on track trying to fix this credit card, I even throw in extra money each month to try and help but doesnt seem to help. Loking for opinions. I been looking into wellfargo refleft visa card to transfer the debt over and pay it off on a new plan? But im also not sure if consolidating or a loan is better? Unless anyone else better options? What any recommended sites to do so would be great. Ty!
