1 star review removal rejected

I received a 1 star review from someone who did not stay. I thought that the fact that they gave me 1 star for cleanliness and 1 star for check in when they never set foot inside would be enough, but apparently not. I mentioned many of the falsehoods in his review. This is only my 3rd review for this property. Any advice? I am so upset. Also, I refunded this dude when I didn't have to and am so mad.

We have bad, brown water

I do small loads all on hot and this basically prevents staining. Whenever I have a blanket it gets a brown mud like stain in the middle. I have an upright and no matter how I position it before the wash it moves everything to the sides except for one part taunt across the middle.

With thin smaller blankets I can kinda roll them up along the edges and run a quick wash and be fine. No king size coverlet or quilt has survived without staining.

I have tried iron out and oxy and they have really bleached the items. I have some new quilts that need washing, but I am scared. We went to the laundromat but that was super expensive and not a permanent solution.

Does anyone know how not to get a taunt middle section? It becomes a filter that just absorbs the horribleness.

Should I wash in the tub and then transfer to the dryer? This way I can pre inspect the day's water offering. It can be faint to dark brown.

Thanks for your guidance.

FYI I just use Tide pods on a standard load. On whites I throw in some iron out.

Extra Kids, lots of extra kids

We currently have guests that booked two cottages. 1 for 1 adult and 1 child. One for 2 adults and 1 child. So far I have seen 4 adults and at least 4 kids. My husband thinks there are 6 kids. At one point, weeks ago, they asked if they could bring air mattresses and more family members. I said no, you can rent another cottage that is right beside it. They opted not to and now it is rented by another.

What are my next steps? My husband wants to kick them out, but I feel bad for the kids. It's only for one night stay. These are tiny cottages. There shouldn't be that many people in them. They are essentially a room.

My husband asked them , via messages to confirm how many people are there. If they don't respond do we contact airbnb?

Are airbnb hosts the worst guests?

I recently got a 4 star review with a bunch of three stars in the breakdown. Nothing negative was said. I look into this person and I got off lightly. She mostly gives 3 stars and is a host. Like 100+ reviews as a host. What goes on? Is she just a monster?

I have seen people say that hosts are the worst guests. I never really saw evidence before this person. Though, I did host a host once and she rearranged everything and bought new kitchen and bathroom stuff to help me be a success like her. Just a bit annoying and condescending. Nothing atrocious like this 3 star monster.

Continuity issue

This may have been mentioned already, but why did they cut to confessionals that were obviously well past the show's completion? They would cut to an Abby confessional where she was dirty, briefly cut away and then cut back to an Abby confessional that continues the story, but where she is in full make up. It happened a few times with different women. Such bad production.

That is my pet peeve, oh and that the Charlie boys were massive assholes.

A thank you to honest reviewers

We just got a request and the last host was the only person to give a poor review in the 10s of reviews.

They basically said the person was very needy, complained about everything. Even went and complained to/at the neighbors.

We rejected their request to stay and no joke it's been 5 messages per minute of complaints and demands. It's non stop. They have threatened to report us to airbnb. What a mess. Glad we never accepted.
