Anyone else struggle with dollar cost averaging up?

Been investing for about 6 months now and I've always found it very hard to invest more into a company if its above my current average cost, not sure why it just feels like I'm ruining my returns even though i know it has no effect on my previous buys.

I normally start looking for different companies when everything is green but I'm not tryna start my own ETF

Whats the job market like in finance?

I want to do my masters in applied finance however i don't want to waste 30k and a year of my time just to not be able to get a job afterwards

Gwen mid is obviously "good" or at least playable but I'm not understanding why?

I tried two games of it vs xearth and ahri and it just seems like im playing dodging simulator

I never have prio or mana due to having to farm with max range q and using w to farm under tower.

Also any skirmishers the enemy mage is just always faster and more hp/mana. I proc first strike like twice maybe in lane and the lane is so short if i can dodge their stun with w they can still just outrun my ult.

This is obviously a skill issue but i don't see what mid lane offers over jg or top.

I plan on starting to buy long term options occasionally when i see great opportunities such as ELF below $50 last week however am i allowed to only pay income tax on my options and then keep my long term investments as tax free capital gains?

or once I'm considered a "trader" for all my invesments/stocks are treated as income tax?

This is kinda a retarded question but i already forgot my IBKR username and unsure how to see it/change it because i think i used my drivers license to sign up but its returning no matches found

tried my passport number, drivers licence ID and IRD number and none worked

anyone else had this problem?

Has anyone used this yet? how does it work with the graph?

I want to transfer over my crypto from binance however I'm confused as to how sharesies views the new crypto coming in. I'm currently down quite a bit and i don't want my sharesies to view my crypto that I'm down 1.5k on as if i had just bought it and give me inaccurate returns if crypto were to go back up.

I see a lot of people on this subreddit are buying US ETFs such as VOO but doesn't this hurt your FIF rather than buying something like smart US 500 that doesn't contribute to your FIF?

I'm currently not close to reaching FIF but having been buying smart US 500 as my only ETF to delay FIF and save it for my single stocks.

what benefit does VOO have over US 500?

relatively new to investing so not sure the reason thanks!
