I'm never excited about anything anymore..

I noticed today that I haven't been excited about anything in quite a while. I am on Lexapro 20mg but I doesn't work like it used to. I don't want other meds. I want to figure it out on my own. I have bad anxiety, health anxiety and agoraphobia and adhd. I won't drive out of town alone, and sometimes I won't even go with someone else. Anytime I have plans, I dread them, even if they are at my house. I used to look forward to gaming but not anymore. I used to look forward to podcasting, but I don't as much now. I used to be so excited to pursue a career in comedy, but I don't feel worthy now. Everything is exhausting. I don't look forward to anything. I don't like going places and doing things. I'm lonely, but I dont want to be around anyone since I've been alone (without a relationship) for so long. Honestly, sometimes even being around friends and family is too much. Anything that gets in the middle of my mundane routine seems like a disaster. I don't feel happy like I used to. Everyday, I dread the anxiety, health anxiety and having to leave my house or the comfort of my routine of doing nothing, but I'm not happy. I guess I'm rambling because I'm not sure how to explain it. I have a counselor but 45 minutes every 6-8 weeks is not enough time to go into it all with her. Any suggestions that are NOT medication? And just to clear this up, I am not into self-harm so no need to ask if that's on my mind.

Not sure if I should continue this program..

It started out great and I lost 17lb in 6 weeks. But about a week ago, I started feeling floaty headed and just run down. I talked to my counselor (she is also a nurse practitioner) and she told me it could be electrolyte imbalance or fluids moving from the weight loss. I started drinking more Gatorade and getting more salt. The other night, however, I noticed that I'm averaging about 900 calories per day while the program says I should get 1475-1675. I'm also not hitting protein goal or fiber goal. Even if I go over my points, I'm still not at the calorie goal. I'm trying to decide if I should continue using the program as it is meant to be used or maybe continue it but watch the calories instead. Advice??

What are some of the best ways to grow a podcast? We've been getting more downloads lately, but I want more! We have a Facebook page, but it doesn't have a ton of followers. What ideas do you have?

Best way to record video?

We normally do audio only on our podcast. The two we have done with video, we did over Zoom. Our 50th episode is coming up and we want to do video but it'll be just my co-host and I. What is a better way than zoom?? I have my regular mics and mini mics. We both have laptops and phones.

We hit 1,000 downloads!

My best friend and I started a comedy podcast and we weren't sure what to expect. We live in a rural area and not many people support others' dreams around here. But we got to 1,000 downloads and we are so excited!! We've been having higher downloads for the last 3 days. Usually, I think it's a glitch or bots, but it usually goes up then crashes back down. Anyway, what tips do you guys have to get the next 1,000+ downloads?!

Not using all my points?

I just started again on Sunday and I have 24 points per day. Today I used 16. My calories are within range, carbs are low and I'm just so confused. Should I be eating more? Should I have a fun snack? Should I curl up in a ball and cry because I'm overwhelmed 🤣 Any advice welcome!
