What is everyone’s thoughts on this? I feel like this game out of left field, but what do you think?

Whenever I plug in the pre-Sonos, I hear sound and then it fades away. I can no longer get sound to play normally through my laptop or my PC. I always hear a sound when I plug it in and then it fades away.
