Finished another set of rival couples! Sadly, I accidentally dropped Luke, so he has a small chip in the frame. Hopefully I can find the piece. I am so hecking proud of how the plants came out. I am learning how to layer resin to give it more depth. I just need to get better about not leaving so many bubbles and not having slippery fingers.
Yoinked from the game so I can have him sit on my desk. This is a mini version since I’m not convinced his head should be bigger or not. I’m happy with the wings tho I think they match perfectly.
I have returned!!! I learned a lot of about 3D modeling and got super excited for this game again! Someone asked about this model and thankfully I’ve gotten better since I originally tried this model. Now I will have a desk buddy while I play.
I do have a full statue model but I haven’t been able to get that to print correctly yet so this will have to do for now sadly.
After several months of struggle and having to replace no less than 3 parts on my resin printer, my model is finally finished! I started this project several months ago and am super, super proud of the result! A little under 15 inches, this model features Bart Allen (Impulse), Cassie Sandmark (Wonder Girl), Tim Drake (Robin), and Kon El (Superboy). I am still learning 3D modeling and still have a long way to go to get any good at painting, but I am glad I got into this hobby to bring some of my favorite characters to life.
