Desde hace tiempo encontré una subreddit, r/ToxicMoldExposure donde más que todo publican personas de Estados Unidos y todas las publicaciones son de como el moho en las casas causan enfermedades y hasta la muerte. For context, I'm Ukrainian but I've lived in Venezuela since I was a child. My house is made of concrete; I haven't seen mold on it, but there was a damp patch on this part of the roof.
What you see is a roof that was covered with asphalt membrane, but before applying the membrane, a specific paint was used to help it adhere. The membrane is applied with a blowtorch.
The thing is, the paint wasn't completely dry when it was applied, and I'm wondering if this seriously affects the roof's permeability?
