How long does Breitling take to complete a service after approving the quote?

As per the title, I sent my Superocean for service a couple of weeks ago. I’ve already received an estimate for additional work (new mid case and new crystal) which I have approved.

Given Breitling have already diagnosed my watch, what sort of timescale am I to expect for it to be returned to the jewellers?

(Edit: I’m an idiot and forgot to say im UK-based and the watch has been sent to Tunbridge Wells)

E93 (2010) - looking for an Android Auto head unit.

We recently bought a 330i E93 (2010 model year)

The iDrive screen is a bit worse for wear (looks like the anti reflective coating is coming off).

We’d like to upgrade the car to have Android Auto/Apple CarPlay (wife has Android, I have an iPhone).

Our car has Bluetooth for phone calls but doesn’t appear to have audio stream capabilities, so if possible wouldn’t mind being able to retrofit this (although if I need to I’ll buy a 3.5mm to Bluetooth adapter).

Any recommendations? I’ve been eyeing up the Droid UK unit with reversing cam.

Navitimer (Breitling Caliber 17) - gaining 7 seconds over 8 hours - send it in for regulating?

I bought my Navitimer last month (second hand, but still under factory warranty).

I wore it for the first time in a couple of weeks today (it’s been sat in the winder) and I noticed the time was a couple of minutes out. Set the time this morning and have been monitoring it.

Since setting the time at 08:45 this morning (it’s now 17:40), I’ve gained approx. 7 seconds. To my mind it’s running outside of COSC spec.

Whilst the watch is still under warranty (which I have registered in my Breitling account, have all the papers for etc.), is it worth sending it into Breitling to be checked over?

Complete Service - what to expect?

I’ve just dropped my 2004 Superocean (A17360) in for a complete service today. It’s the first time I’ve had it serviced since I got it a couple of years ago.

Just wondering what to expect from the service? I’ve requested no polishing but just wondering what parts are usually replaced etc.?

iOS App Protection Policy - prevent copy and paste from inbuilt Mail app?

I have been tasked with configuring our App Protection Policies.

I have configured a policy which prevents copy & paste when using the Outlook app, but I’ve been asked if it’s possible to still use the Mail app and apply these policies to this?

I’ve had a quick look online but can’t seem to find much. Is it possible to allow users to use the default Mail client in iOS but apply App Protection Policies to prevent copy & paste?

Finally got a Seamaster! 😁

I’ve desperately wanted one for so long… went into a jeweller just to have a look and came out with this beauty.

Really wanted it on a rubber strap but got a good price on this with the bracelet so couldn’t say no!
