G9 57" buttons anxiety

Hey everyone, I have a G9 57" which has been working flawlessly, I use the dual mode from 9-5 to have my personal and work computers both displayed, and use the on-board KVM to switch between them, it's awesome.

Now if I'm being honest, and this is probably a stupid thing to worry about, I'm scared of the physical buttons on it (the ones that control the menu) failing, and I say this because on any given day I click them maybe 50-60 times.

Is there an alternative to using the physical buttons? any software the monitor has or a remote? anything?

Thanks, and sorry if it's a dumb question / concern.

Unbalanced barbell error - any suggestions?

I was going to start my daily routine, and my first exercise was squats with 77 kg weight, as the weight was going up, it suddenly stopped and showed me this error.

I tried, to no avail:

  1. Restarting the machine
  2. Re-setting the cables by using low weight and extending them as far as possible then letting them retract.

Using less weight seems to not cause the issue.

I contacted support but based on my previous experience with them, I don't expect them to even answer.

Has anyone run into anything similar?

I did have to replace my cables a few months back; my only theory is that I messed something up? However, I've been using the machine since without any issue since, until today.
