U zadnje vrijeme mi izlazi dosta slika i priča o njoj, dosta osude. Tko je ona, šta radi, što je ne vole?

Kao što pitanje kaže: kakva je cesta Bihać-Livno, naročito onaj dio preko Drvara i Oštrelja? Ili mi je pametnije ići autocestom u Hrvtskoj do Knina (iz Zagreba) i onda preći u Bosnu?

I’ve been a customer of Telstra for ~20 years. Worked for them ~15 years, up until 5 years ago.
I have 2 internet connections with them (one for me and one for a family member at a different address), 1 mobile service, 1 SIM for my iPad (shared data with my mobile.

Since becoming their customer, I have never ever been charged for the mobile service and for the shared data. I just paid for the 2 internet connections.

In the last bill they started charging me for the mobile service and the shared data.

Apparently they moved from one billing system to another, and this is the new charge under the new billing system.

I disputed this as it doesn’t seem fair that I’m being penalised for their billing system. They refuse to back down. I have reported this to the Ombudsman but just wanted to hear your opinion or perhaps similar experiences.
