[Product Request] Hey, a couple of product questions, I'd appreciate answers to any of them <3 I'm UK if that helps anything. Very dry skin which is acne prone.

  1. Product safety: Is there a foolproof way of telling if a product is safe? Like a certain mark (Like CE marks for other products), which can be checked against an official regulatory website or something. For a bit of context here, I'm interested in trying out KBeauty products, so don't have the security of well-known reliable sourcing shops like drug stores or supermarkets.
  2. I'm currently using 'Simple' brand cheapest face wash and moisturiser, but I'm still so dry after. I'm trying to increase my water consumption as I've always been bad at that. More recently I've started getting extra dry flaky skin around the sides of my nostrils, but I haven't changed anything.

So for this question, product recs? I can't go for high-end stuff, but just some improvement on the 'Simple' brand would be good (they're normally a couple of £ per product).

Thank you in advance <3

Hello. Searching for a new TV service that specifically has a traditional TV guide that shows what's currently playing, which is accessible to the elderly. Any recommendations? I've tried looking at sticks like Roku/Fire, but they don't appear to have the TV guide

It needs to have a simple to use interface, too.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Hello, I hope this question is appropriate here. I'm needing to look for a new TV service for my elderly dad, to get him away from virgin media. I've been searching and searching but having trouble finding a provider that has a traditional style TV guide that shows what's currently playing.

It also needs to be simple to use with a simple interface.

So far I've looked at a few like Roku stick, amazon stick, other sticks, but can't find any information about UK versions in particular and if they have the TV guide needed.

I'M FRUSTRATED!!!!!!! Made account, won't let me log in.

I made an account just under a week ago, as I'd like to start buying supplies from the marketplace. Very low value items, but they have what I need. Low MOQ is what I need for now, it would be perfect.

Since making the account, it won't let me log in. "We've temporarily locked your account to keep it secure. Verify your identity to regain access."

I enter my phone number as asked... "We couldn't verify your phone number for security reasons. Please enter a different number.".

I finally found a contact e-mail address after a few days of searching, and they've just responded saying:

"We understand your frustration for buyer account disabled and cannot be reactivated anymore. In cases where a buyer's behavior poses a risk of regulatory non-compliance, our platform reserves the right to disable the buyer account and the buyer account cannot be reactivated any more. Our platform may impose a penalty on the relevant account based on Articles 13, 14, 15, 32, 36, 37, and 40 of the Alibaba.com."

How can I be non-compliant when I haven't even been allowed to log in yet????????

I'm just an individual trying to buy from their marketplace.

I needed to vent because I'm so frustrated.
