Feeding question

Sorry for terrible pic quality. I got a velvet for my bday not too long ago. I’m not sure what instar it is. The internet is saying slings need to eat every 1-3 days? I fed it 4 days ago (2 fruit flies) and I feel like the abdomen is still way too big to feed again. But I’m worried that it’s not getting enough hydration since I’m not supposed to mist the enclosure like with jumpers. Do I base feeding on the abdomen or do I follow a schedule?

Looking for a new show to watch with my 10yo and 13yo. A little violence and cursing are okay, absolutely no sex. Not TOO heavy emotionally, my spouse and I watched Violet Evergarden hoping to show the kids and it was a little too much. But also not TOO corny? So far, they’ve loved: most seasons of Pokemon, Frieren, BOFURI, Laid Back Camp, and Spy x Family. I’m debating maybe Dr. Stone next? It’s a little too fan servicey for my taste, but my 10yo is a genius and I think he’ll like the science part of it. Bonus points if the anime/manga has concluded!
