Which 3D printer should I be looking for?

I’m developing products professionally as an entrepreneur with a single BL A1.

Currently I am 3-D printing a mould to cast PU foam and having had real trouble with adhesion on my non-enclosed bamboo labs A1.

This mould is in 16 parts and will take about 60 hours of print time and then I will need to iterate it a few times so well over 150 hours of time total.

Hence I’m thinking of building a small print farm with three or four machines. I’m looking at buying Elegoo carbon centurai or more A1s or A2L or H2x.

Top of my needs is I need to have no more print adhesion issues (tried three plates with numerous temp tweaks but never sorted this issue)

I also need to be able to iterate this project much quicker - hence the need to more machines. Alternatively, I am looking at printing with 0% infill and squirting expanding foam into cavity to achieve strong parts with less print time.

I would also appreciate a large print volume on other projects (not this one but in future).

I’ve only ever printed in PLA and PETG so have no idea if I need to explore stronger materials.

Printer recommendations for this part

What should I be looking to for to solve all of this?

How to mount my GH5 in portrait mode?

I need to shoot some video for social media using my Sachtler ace tripod.

I have a small rag cage on my GH5 but looking at the mounting holes I don’t see anything that says strong as the holes on the bottom of the cage.

What the best way to mount the camera vertically?

What is the best way to automate saving incoming Invoices (both as attached and in body) to google drive as PDFs?

I get around 50 invoices per month for materials that I have bought. Sometimes these are attachments and sometimes they are in the body of the email.

I have a dream that one day I will automate getting them attached to the right transactions in FreeAgent.

I have spent literally days on this - but have not achieved this yet. I am running a lean startup so if possible i would like free services (or Claude which i already pay for).

I have spent many hours experimenting with Claude to write some Google Script which successfully gets the invoices saved - but it also captures any email with the word "invoice" in it so tons of pdfs arrive that are not relevant. So I tried FreeAgent bolt on "Smart Capture" which takes this mountain of PDFs and tries to match them up to the transitions. Its too hit and miss to be helpful.

I had a mini breakthrough yesterday with Claude co-work - getting it to rename pdfs with Amount-Date-Supplier-VAT Amount- Item description. Then draging and dropping the pdfs to FreeAgent is pretty quick.

So now I am really just focusing purely on getting the invoices from gmails to pdfs somehow.

I was with Dext a while back but that required me to manually forward emails to them. I would rather this all happen automatically. Dext is also not free.

I started to use Zapier today. The free version is limited to two step automations, so I set up a gmail filter to automatically label invoices from Apple and then Zapier sees that label and saves it to my google drive.

Trouble is if I keep building this out I will likely end up with 40-60 filters in Gmail and this seems messy.

What is the best way to do this?

Oil can has rusted through

Was left outdoors for over a year but is there a smart way of repairing. Is rust remover and then JBweld a good idea?
