I am not a member of any political party. I have conservative and liberal values depending on the issues. I am pro gun rights and pro helping the poor and pro universal healthcare, and pro environment and I believe in global climate change and the need to make changes to address it.. In 2007, I was in San Francisco for business and someone I met there gave me tickets to the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium to see a man Name Barack Obama speak who was running for president. I didn't know a thing about him. 10 minutes in, I had literal goosebumps on my arm listening to him. I was captivated. He was incredible, he spoke with such an air of promise and affection for the country and its future. He truly made me feel hopeful with just words. I had never heard anyone speak and make me feel that way before. I don't know if anyone will like him again in my lifetime. But I sure hope so.
