North Carolina renting

I have a question not sure how to ask because it could be in many different ways.

If I have the other person on my lease it gets denied because of the criminal history.

If I register them as an occupant and only I am on the lease isn’t it the same screening and they will get denied again?

I applied for an apartment and they got denied for both for a misdemeanor. Is every place like that or how does it work if they need to live with me are the rules different from the person on the lease versus the occupant u have to register

Letting someone move in without reporting it

Has anyone let someone move in and didn’t report it to the leasing office? Was it easy to get caught or not?

My child’s father needs to move in so we can coparent but nowhere will accept him with a misdemeanor, even though applications only say he can’t have a felony. He hasn’t been accepted to any places and I need him to move in. Tried working with private landlords and they won’t even bother.

Misdemeanors

What’s the best way to ask an owner if they will work with someone with domestic violence charges?

Applied to an apartment and got denied because of that, how do I move forward before wasting money

Need advice

I need advice, I am trying to apply for a place with me and my kids and the only way I can meet the income requirements is to have someone else on the application the only person I have that can go on the application has 2 misdemeanors for domestic violence so aside from my perfect application that has denied us.

What are my options I need somewhere to live and I’m running into trouble with the misdemeanors he has.

I tried to look at renting a house but how do I find out if he’s allowed to live at the house if he doesn’t do an application. I know there’s different rules with renter if someone resides in the home. Without him I can’t do the income requirement but with him I’m getting denied due to misdemeanors

DCA

Is everyone leaving TSA or is it just at DCA?

It’s funny how they are trying to give out incentives for people to stay but haven’t given out exactly what it is.

Taxes

I usually do my taxes myself and have been fine but clearly I screwed up this year. I’m still waiting for my refund but they want some things fixed first and when I tried to do it myself it really screwed up all of it. Does anyone have someone they recommend to help fix it so I can get my refund?

Cheapest

I have a doctor I see who has submitted my prescription and insurance has denied it three times. Aside from diabties and being overweight the insurance will only approve it for sleep apnea 😑

My question is where can I get it without having to see another doctor that’s the cheapest? I see a lot of stuff on TikTok but I need to know what’s legit. I want the pen

It’s filled at CVS but it’s like 700 bucks does the goodrx actually take it down to $299?

Traffic tickets

What is the best way to go about a red light traffic ticket?

Go to court

Pay the ticket

I have a clear driving record and really don’t want the points on my license because then insurance goes up

Sorry to edit, I was pulled over
