I gotta know what mod creates these mist clouds after rain, it DEVOURS my fps

I suspect:

Particle rain (duh)

maybeee...subtle effects?

And nothing else tbh, but I'm really lost, I tried to turn off mist after rain in the config of particle rain, but it doesn't go away, so I'm not really sure, I gotta turn it off or tone it down in some way cuz it just demolishes my fps

any help would be appreciated, the whole modlist is in the second photo

EDIT: It is particle rain indeed.

I need help

Does anyone know how to fix the VFX on a projectile(In this case the explosion) ending so abruptly? Like I've even tried to put 50 second waits to see if the problem is in where the move ends, but to no avail...And I'm out of ideas what could be causing this

Like in the video you can see that the VFX poof out of existence after some time, but I want them to dissapear gradually, through the alt opacity(the alt opacity is 1 in almost everything) and only then dissapear.
