I have a Dell OptiPlex 990 SFF with a 240W PSU, i5, 8GB DDR3, and SSD. I need a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB that is truly low profile, has the short bracket, and needs no 6-pin power cable.
Budget is around $70–100. What exact models should I look for, and is it safe with the 240W Dell PSU?
I’m looking for places around Pasco, Kennewick, or Richland where there are actually a lot of fish and it’s worth going. I’m mainly just trying to have a good time and catch something, so beginner-friendly spots are cool too.
What spots do you recommend, what fish are usually there, and what bait/lures work best?

No HDMI right now, only old DVI/VGA ports
I found a GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 low-profile card with HDMI, no 6-pin power connector, and the short SFF bracket. It’s about $60.
Would that be enough for Roblox Studio while making a game, coding in VS Code, normal Roblox games, and Minecraft Java? Could it run Fortnite at all on Performance Mode/low settings?
With only about $70, is there any better low-profile GPU that is safe with the Dell 240W power supply and does not need extra power?
