Is this contamination?

A few of my rode bags have this yellow myc piss in them. I just lost a monotub to contamination and it started out with a lot of this as well (much worse than these). Just wondering if I should s2b since most are fully colonized, or wait, or not risk it.

If anybody has any tek for rehydration or any advice on the process it's much appreciated. I've only ever done tubs in the past. I've heard spraying it can be good as well as dunking it. Thoughts?

Inoc on 4/13. Been monitoring this for a few days and it hasn’t gone away. Was thinking of opening bag for q tip test since it’s fully colonized

I received an isolate syringe from spore works a few weeks ago and it was VERY light on visible genetic material floating in the solution. Other LC's I have ordered generally have some amount of mycelium floating in the solution but this looked almost like water with some tiny white specs floating around in there, very small and nearly invisible. I contacted spore works and they said that can be normal and that it's still a viable syringe. I injected two 3lb Booming Acres grain bags with this syringe on 4/13. Neither of them is showing any visible growth. Am I cooked? Or is there hope that they may come to life eventually? I don't want to use any more of this LC until I see growth so that I don't end up wasting materials. I'm somewhat new to this so any advice is helpful.
