Doubt regarding spot round and withdraw

I was assigned a campus (say XYZ) I did not want to go to in round 3 so I withdrew it on 16th, so now if I go for spot round and I fill only top 3 Nift

XYZ will not be carried forward from round 3?
Since I have already withdrawn in round 3, my seat stands cancelled?
If I dont get any seat in spot, will my 1.9lac-9k be refunded back?
