Day 1 - Results possible?

I took one 30 mg last night before bed. I felt a little weird and definitely more hot than usual. I slept through the night. I woke up a little sweaty this morning.

I may be experience dry mouth and one other sh*ty side effect. 🤣

Yesterday, I was stressing and super anxious about whether or not I should take it. Obviously I did after I chatted with my friend about mental health and medicine stigmas.

I woke up feeling calm and more positive than usual. It was easier to convince myself everything will be okay and to relax a little instead of being so wound up. I was told it could take weeks to see any change. And I totally get that!!

But is there any way possible it could have an effect this early? It’s still early enough for me to stop, but I worry I’m just having a good day. Beside medicine, I have been neglecting my sleep and caffeine intake. I do feel better and less anxious when I sleep well and don’t take caffeine.

I think if I stop after the one pill and take a 2 week break to try be disciplined with those two things as a start, I would be okay. I’m just simply wondering if it’s possible..?

For context, my primary prescribed me this and I don’t have a psychologist yet. I’ve been diagnosed with Anxiety, Persistent Depression, and something that states I’m not good with change, but that was years ago. I truly think I just have Adjustment disorder and there’s no real persistent medicine for that. Anyway, I’m rambling let me know what you think or what was your day 1 experience. I know this isn’t placebo effect for me, I don’t feel perfect I just feel calmer.

How can I use Suno AI to create a portfolio as a songwriter? I know there's a feature to upload yourself singing your lyrics in your melody and it adds a beat to it, but how can I protect my lyrics without running into copyright laws? The goal would be to upload the songs on Youtube (to showcase my "portfolio" and maybe monetize.)Unsure if there's a way for it to just blend your voice into the AI produced track, but essentially I'm just interested in using it for songwriting purposes. Would I upload my lyrics to a PRO/ publisher first?
