nootropics for social anxiety

Hello everyone, i’m fairly new to the nootropic world and the main reason i want to start researching (and hopefully using) some nootropics is social anxiety, so i was wondering what would be the best ones to be more “social” maybe “talkative” , heard something about L-tyrosine + L-theanine but i’d like to hear someone’s opinion

I want to avoid addictive substances since i’m prone to be addicted so many substances (so no phenibut, benzos, pregab etc)

Maybe it’s worth to know that my social anxiety is through the roof when i smoke weed so i was looking something for it too (yes i’m trying to quit but as mentioned it’s easier said than done)

reta face question

Besides from obviously having a lower BF % , what is it that causes the so called “reta face” ? (the costant “sharp” face , almost as it’s always debloated)

I was thinking it’s the insuline sensitivity, if so , could the “reta face” be replicated by another peptide that improves insuline sensitivity? (was thinking about MOTS c)

what bf is this?

I’m trying to find out what my bf is, i think it’s 14/15% maybe?

for context i’m 18 181cm about 70kg 1kg more or less

i’ve taken photos of my abs in different lightings just to be sure, and th standing photo is in a shitty light for purpose , and the back one is in natural light

keep in mind in every photo i was flexing just a bit , not that much so maybe there could be a better estimation
