Everyone be honest. When you weren't on meds what kind of partners were you to your past relationships or current.

I think someone might need to be seeking help for themselves but that's a really gentle conversation and usually not one you ever want to have, or even do!

He's saying things that he's feeling invincible, extremely numb and if something extremly bad happened he doesn't even know if he would care right this moment.
