Why do we get soo much fatigue?

Hey all
I am lately getting a lot of fatigue that I barely do anything any day.

I was curious why we get soo much fatigue. I don’t experience pain as such just fatigue and somewhat joint looseness.

So I cake back to all you zebras to understand why do we get soo much fatigue and how to manage it?

So, basically I was speaking to a long distance friend of mine and we fumbled upon inseams. He said his are 40”. I mean I know he’s very leggy but 40” at 6’1-6’2”?

We also debated on ways to measure inseam and these are his crotch to floor measurements. So I came straight to all you tall folks. Anyone out here either these extreme measurements who’s a male?

How do mixed samples score?

My family has had 3 inter caste marriages in different communities. I haven’t taken the test yet.

But I wanted to know how do mixed samples score. Let’s suppose a Punjabi Khatri marries a baniya, in their offspring what would be the ancestry patterns like?

Will the steppe, aasi and farmer from be diluted?
Do their offspring’s score like a different subgroup that lies in middle ranges of both groups?

How do Garhwali Brahmins score? Is there any difference in Brahmins from Tehri, pauri, Uttarkashi and other areas?

What would be the respective steppe, zagros, aasi and NE-Asian scores?

I have friends who are Brahmins from Garhwal and they claim descent from plains primarily Maithili region of Bihar. Is this claim true?

Hey all

I’m new to this sub and genotypes in general although I’m very interested in it. I live in an area dominated by Punjabi khatris. I really would love to know how they score on different ethnic lines?

Just a curious bug out here.

How do all three differ from each other? Is there anything specific with difference in skull shape, nose, skin variations, height, limb proportions, etc. ?

I’ve heard phenotype and genotype can differ. Is there any reason why one ancestry seem to dominate the phenotype rather than others?

Hey all

I had a general informatics question. There is a group in Punjab and Himachal and Jammu called Mahajan which is different from both khatris and baniyas. They tend to live in northern Punjab to Jammu belt.

What are their ethnicity scores?

Phenotypically they look like other Punjabi population but can vary.

Hey all, I got the results of genetic testing back and got VUS in FN1 and TGFBR2. My variants are extremely rare and of uncertain significance.

I’m on the average shortish side but my arms and legs and are quite long and I have slight marfanoid habitus with retruded lower jaw and extremely mild scoliosis. I also have hypermobility in almost all joints with CCI being the most prominent and stretchy thin skin.

I have a normal echo but I have not undergone MRA. I also don’t have hypertelorism or bifold vuvula. I also have traverse palmar crease, a slightly long tongue and sandal gap.

I don’t have a history of early deaths in family or particular heart diseases although my grandfather had a heart attack at 70 and died of heart failure at 87. Other than this, my father has very slightly long arms but apart from this, family members including father don’t display any other symptoms. My WES came back clear but a test by another lab( not DTC) showed these VUS. I await WGS report of both me and my parents to help get more information.

But I’m based in a third world country and feel very lost as to what my next step should be? I also have a normal BP and afaik no cardiovascular involvement although I have some eye muscle issues.

Any help on my next steps and what should I do would be really really helpful. I want to take the right steps and hopefully manage it as much as I can. I’m trying PT too for 2 months but so far results have been weak.
