So, I'm starting a new save in wilds right, and I was thinking, "I find this game really easy, I want this to not be easy" so how would I go about that, obviously use SOS less, that's more of a "for farming" thing, but other than SOS how i can I go about it, I'm pretty good at almost every weapon which is why I ask you guys for help

update edit! thank you for your advice guys (even if some of it was just being funny) I've been having a lot more fun with the added challenge, it's about the same difficulty as my first World playthrough, which was my first MH game ever, so it's fun and refreshing​

I wanna hear your opinions on the gimmicks the recent games have been getting and how focus mode compares, and also how you think the boost bracer will stack up against wirebugs and clutch claw (my two personal favorite mechanics since I can go full AOT on a enormous elder dragon)

After struggling for months on regular omega I finnaly beat that stupid clanker into the earth with my longsword, turns out I didn't know you were supposed to slay the nerscylla it summons.

so for those who have struggled or are struggling on it, my advice is to use Fabius and Alessa to counter and draw enmity, use rosso (he's the hunting horn guy right?) For buffs, and play safe, stay far away, use buffs, especially sunfish scales for regen, and don't forget the cactaurs and arena traps, they'll help a lot, especially since support hunters don't cost you any faints

So I keep seeing this gray colored bracketed element value under my raw element on weapons, I was told this was "hidden element" but it doesn't seem to do anything, so how do I "unhide" it, or at the very least I'd like to know what it does because my Kurogane sucks right now

Sadly I currently cannot access the photo evidence since I don't wanna annoy my roommates by turning on my loud ass Xbox, but after 3 rathalos and 4 silver rathalos to get silver rath swaxe I started my battle, and won, just barely since I ran out of heals and forgot to restock farcasters but, I did it​

Basically, i installed Ark on my Xbox series X, it isn't done installing so the local host isn't available just yet, but when it is, do i

A. Need gamepass (if so, can I bypass that)

B. Get to save my progress and keep any i make, assuming the world loads at all

Please guys I'm desperate this game is my life when it comes to avoiding the stress of school (especially the SAT next year)
