So I posted last week about an incident that occurred at my last site. I called my am told her what happened. Last week she told me disregard my shifts and go to office to see her. I went to the office she didn’t fire me but the client wanted me removed which is understandable. My AM said she doesn’t have anything available right now but she’ll let me know when something opens up. How long should I wait before I start looking for other work and should I reach out to my AM to see if anything is available and how often? I have a business as well so I’m able to have some money coming in but it’s not enough to sustain myself for more than a month at most. How long do I wait to look for another job and how often should I call my AM to see if anything is available

Am I getting fired?

So I work at a gatehouse 7a-7p 3 days a week. Been there about a month like everyone I have had my days I’ve had my moments but overall I think I’m doing a decent job my account manager seems to like me which is a good sign. So this morning I had a company trying to get in to see a resident. They weren’t on the guest list so I called her to verify as site policy says to. Of course right as she picks up a fly gets in my face I’m trying to get rid of it and said louder than I meant to “come on not while I’m on the fuckin phone” the resident heard that she goes hello? I heard that. I told her I’m sorry there’s a fly in my face asked her if she was expecting the company she said yes I let them in and that was it. Few hours later the head of the hoa calls me asking what happened bc she just got a call from a resident about me using profanity towards her on the phone. I explained what happened and told her I’m sorry it slipped and I’m usually not like that. She said don’t let it happen again but the resident is filing a formal complaint idk if that’s to the company or what. I’m freaking out. Should I call my account manager and explain what happened before she hears about it from other people or should I let it play out? If the company finds out am I getting fired? This is the first major thing like this I’ve had my small errors as everyone does first couple months at a new site ya know forget to put the open house sign out stuff like that not anything major it has been a good chunk of minor stuff but nothing major and soon as I realize I made a small mistake I make sure I don’t do it again

Is this what I think it is or am I paranoid? 2016 odyssey

So I did the oil on my odyssey this morning it’s at 145k miles it was about 4500 miles 4-5 months since I changed it last. I’ve had some leaks I’ve had to trace down since then so I’ve put a couple bottles of dye in it. I was taking a video of how to change the oil to send to my sister and saw how weird it looked. At first i thought it looked like the awful but then I realized it might be the milkshake color no one wants to ever see but it hasn’t over heated and I checked the coolant and the coolant looks fine it’s not losing coolant so I’m thinking it’s from the dye I used to detect the leaks and maybe the flashlight caused it to look funny but I wanted other opinions

Random af

Ok this is kind of a dumb question but here it goes. So I just started at a new site full time my old site was Saturday Sunday 6a-6p and usually busy as it was and old folks home and people would come steady all day to visit. My new site is pretty busy in the morning but after lunch time it usually starts to slow down a bit. I often find myself bored. I’m autistic I collect model trains of all scales. So I’m wondering will I get in trouble if I bring a train and some track set it up on the floor and run it while I’m in the gatehouse if someone pulls up sees model trains on the ground and complains even if im not doing my job

So I have a bunch of ho scale stuff with the normal track not the track that has the plastic under it. I have a bunch of old battery powered sets the engines are all shot but the track is plastic I grew up with the Bachmann ez track and I’m wondering if I would be able to melt down the plastic track I have from the battery sets and make my own ez track as it’s quite pricey for me at the moment. Would it be possible and what steps should I take to do it? I have one piece of the old ez track from when I was a kid it doesn’t have the rails on it so I’m thinking that is could make a good mold to turn the plastic g scale track in the roadbed to make my own ez track and then I find a way to glue the track on
