Posting this on behalf of my brother, Shaileshwar. He's a UI/UX designer based in Chennai with about a year and a half of hands-on experience, currently working as the sole UX designer at a start-up handling AI, healthcare, fintech, and enterprise products end-to-end (research, flows, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing - the whole pipeline).

He's looking for his next opportunity - open to full-time roles, and also open to remote if that's on the table. Comfortable with Figma, Notion, Miro, and Agile workflows.
