Purchased this home and moved in last month. They laid fresh sod in the spring, put it up for sale, and it looked amazing until they stopped watering it when we went under contract. It sat drying out for a few weeks. Been trying to water a few times a week to bring it back. Any tips?
We just purchased our first home and recently moved in. At least three times in the past couple weeks, we’ve noticed the front/sidewalk garden soil randomly smoking? It’s just soil and some flowers, but the soils burns off into clay where we notice the smoke. Does anyone have experience with this? What should we do?
