Are the true classic t shirts worth it ?

Ordered two on Amazon. 35 bucks each for a t shirt seems steep so I am hoping they live up to the hype. Ive heard mixed reviews. Do they really hug your arms and chest in a nice fitted silhouette way ? Im really hoping this isn't something I'll have to return..

Are slim fit chinos supposed to be a big loose and wide in the seat ?

I ordered a pair from tommy Hilfiger. Slim fit chinos with stretch..and while they did fit very well, I noticed they were a bit loose in the hips and seat had a lot of room. Especially the crotch. They were nice ,but I expected them to fit almost like skinny jeans in a sense based on the description.

Is this typical?

My body is involuntarily collapsing from muscle weakness?

So today after a long week I had to clean my home. Whenever I started mopping I noticed all of the strength in my legs started to dissappear and my muscles felt like they were "giving out" as if I had no strength left in them with each minute that passed.

Suddenly I collapsed involuntarily and it wasn't from being faint or dizzy. I just had no strength left in my legs to hold me upright any longer.

Ive noticed myself having similar episodes whenver im out in public at times walking. I get very weak and have to find myself a place to sit because of the weakness I feel coming on in my muscles. It almost feels like a paralysis. Has anyone else had anything similar happening before ?

Has anyone been left without any help?

Has anyone been left without any help from the public health sector when it comes to chronic infections ?

I cannot find a primary care physician who will take this seriously or believe I am having true infections. They all believe it is just colonized bacteria and not harmful to me despite having multiple bouts of sepsis.

I have had the same problem with urologist and Infectious disease specialists. Ive cycled through 4 urologist and 5 ID specialists who never believed I was sick until I ended up in the hospital with sepsis. Even then they neglected me afterwards with no urgency to prevent it from happening again.

I feel like im the only person this is happening to in the community. everyone I've talked to has at least one person who manages them, and I have zero help. None..

I finally hired a CUTI specialist. But aside from that, I have no help besides patching things up in the ER when it gets bad and they just recycle me over and over again..

I don't understand the Uniqlo hype..

Every day on this sub I see someone mentioning Uniqlo..So I decided to go to their site and browse their catalog.

Here is what I noticed.

-All of their shirts are boxy, loose, unflattering.

-All of their jeans are baggy, drape very long and don't have a tailored look.

-most of their stuff doesn't look it's the best quality fabric, a lot of it looks like the most basic stuff I could buy at Wal-Mart for less.

Im guessing by the fits that the people on this sub who promote it most must be Gen Zers since they like their clothing to be baggy, and loose. If so, there's nothing wrong with that. Just an observation.

After scrolling through their entire site, I'm not super impressed..its all pretty basic.

Is it really possible to dress halfway decent without spending a fortune and being frugal?

USA here. So one thing I've noticed these days is that the clothing you buy at Wal-Mart is just about the exact same quality as clothing that is in the slightly more expensive category at more upscale places and department stores or outlets..

It seems like the only step above that is what are considered designer or "luxury" or at least in the general category of such. The discrepancy between the two is just insane. It's like you either buy expensive clothes that are from a designer brand that are tailored ,or you buy low end trash, with poor sitching made from crappy thin materials that were made in a sweat shop.. and No in between..

Is it really possible to be frugal and have a decent wardrobe without spending thousands to look nice ?

pseudomonas aeruginosa not responding to antibiotics..

I ended up with a pseudomonas aeruginosa infection that landed me in the hospital on IV cefepime for 3 days. I was discharged with a picc line to do IV antibiotics at home.

I'm now close to 10 days into treatment and the infection is still there just as strong as it was on day one of treatment. Did anyone have treatment failure of pseudomonas aeruginosa from cefepime ?

I'm allergic to Fluroquinolones (Cipro, Levaquin) so it wasn't an option for me..
