Printed my own cold air intake for 5000D Frame to use x3 140mm fans
Didn't like the basic basement fan options for the 5000D Frame as I will have HDD stored down below and the x2 120mm fans looked like an afterthought on the include basement devider so, made my own to house x3 140mm fans.
Sadly I can't find any of the official cold air intake kits locally and Corsair don't ship here (and they only use 120mm fans?), so I got creative and saved some money too while keeping the larger side glass and using 140mm fans.. Turns out it's a win, win, win!
Printed in Bambu matte PLA. The fans fix together so are very rigid and will help strengthen the 3D printed shell if it gets tempted to sag due to heat but, should be fine with all that cold air being pumped in!
Before anyone asks about the front of the case placement against the cupboard wall, there is a big vent right in front of it.
See last photo.
X2 PC's sit in my rack, both have large vents in front of each front panel for air intake, there are large vent holes in back of each shelf and a big 200mm inline fan/ducting that sucks hot air from cupboard (if I shut the door) and exhaust it out side the house so we don't cook ourselves in summer
