ConEd reduced voltage by 8% Manhattan north of 155 Streets, river to river & sections of the Bronx.

Since ConEd lowered voltage to the area, our elevators have not been working, last 2 days. Please list if working or not & location.

How come none of the Parks have any flags flying? Are all the flag poles broken?
