I have been sitting on 30 hours of pto since February and I have put in a vacation request 3 times and it has not gone through causing me to put my plans on hold.. my bills are very high and my hours are very low I don't know what else to do with this job. I have been thinking about raising commercial I think it was from target in like 2004 that would air often on cartoon network and it was upbeat rock music and all I remember was the melody from the song used in the commercial and some of the lyrics were "the future is tomorrow or ain't tomorrow" can't remember which but this has been plaguing me for more than a decade
What in the actual fuck is wrong with these sick pieces of shit.. I just cleaned the bathroom very passionately and someone had the fucking nerve to shit all over my floor. We had a full stock of toilet paper and they didn't even touch it. Sick fucks and then they smeared it on the floor and in the sink.. this is now the 2nd time this has happened on my shift in a year this can't be fucking normal! I think it was the same crazy mother fucking homeless thief that got into the bathroom.. from kids stealing gift cards that are not activated and this absolute nutcase I am just so fucking fed up it is not worth the measly 16 an hour I make I put up with way too much as an asm and yet I can't get promoted because?
Anyone had these emails that just feels off plastered on the walls of the office like if it's from corporate but in reality it's nothing more than a self sent email designed to trick employees into believing bs policies that management made up.
So for context SIL is the type that if something feels like it's missing or up she calls out and baits anyone into telling the truth. I bought this oled switch 4 years ago and I figured It was time to upgrade to a switch 2 with a trade in or sell to help make it not so expensive. However my SIL is against us selling off or trading anything gaming that we own because it lead to my partner losing so much but I'm not like that at all. It's like she just has me guily by association. I want to tell her the truth but at the end of the day it's 1. None of her concern or business. 2 she did not buy anything like this for me I bought it with my own hard earned money and 3. I didn't even know them when I bought it in the first place. It just ticks me off so much that it seems like no matter what I do everything gets called into question
Asm here. I recently transferred to a different store to finally be on mornings so I can show how good I can be to be called up to be either sm or even freight manager but no. I get overlooked again by a guy who is 10 years younger than me and has already on two occasions lie directly to the dm stealing credit for the work that I have done. I came to this store because they had no one and what do I get for busting my ass day in and day out? Being told that the freight manager was working on a project that I STARTED UPLOADED THE PICTURES AND SENT THEM IN! this butthole STOLE the credit for my work 😤
