Do You Ever Feel Like Your Brain Won’t Let You Relax?

Even when everything is fine, my brain sometimes keeps looking for something to worry about. I can be sitting down, trying to relax, and suddenly I’m thinking about tomorrow, replaying old conversations, or worrying about things that haven’t even happened yet.

Does anyone else experience this? What helps you actually switch off and enjoy the moment?
