Can my MTB forks be rebuilt ?

I had an accidental garage fire and my mountain bike was just outside the garage and the forks and front wheels were badly burned. Suprisingly the frame is untouched, so I decided to rebuild the bike instead of writing it off.
Because of that my fork is quite badly burned and it doesn't compress at all. The oils were leaking probably due to the seals being melted due to burning.

So can my fork be rebuild or should I discard it and get a replacement fork

Himalaya Jet possible Scam ?

I have suspicous feeling towards this company being a possible scam ?

They claim to launch a long haul UK to Kathmandu aircraft "patriotic" airline where they will operate direct flights from UK / Europe to Himalayas.
Although Nepal airlines are blacklisted in EU, it is possible for a company founded by Nepalses established in the UK to operate those long haul flights but not sure about commerical sustainabilty otherwise other large airlines would have done that too.

This photo they uploaded this to their social media pages not too long ago and David Beckham might have been inserted in this picture looks like. Many people have called this out but admins must be deleting any comment that calls them out and all the comments that are remaining are people congratulating them on some sort of partnership with Beckham.

I also read somewhere that their company balance sheets are terrible with no assets or something but they seem to just attract gullible Nepalese investors in their pretty much impossible proposal.

What are your thoughts Nepalese redditors ?

What if the world we know is not a facade.

Was just a thought I had.

What if I was a billionnaire and my core social circle of maybe 30 people were all billionnaires too, and because asset and cost isn't an issue at this point , me and few of my billionnaire peers , we decide to buy a vast amount of land somewhere in the world and we "fenced" it. No contact to the outside world whatsoever.

Then we introduce a very few loyal actors in that land and with a few houses to educate children and introduce some basic cultures. Now this is the interesting part, we theme the land as if they were in 1700s or 1600s meaning only the technology of that time to be introduced but only a few.

We then introduce population like orphan children or babies that grow into that world, educate in that world and only know what they were taught and with every passing generations the idea that they are living in 1700s becomes solidified even more.

How long do you think we could keep the facade on until they find out ? What would happen if they find out ?

And what is to say that the world we experiene now is not a facade ?

Kenwood fridge temperature selector. Thought the led icons at the far right were summer settings and far left were winter settings. It was left is lower temp and right is higher. Misleading Maybe.
