We know IRL human will get addicted to everything that gives pleasure, so why no human character had ever showed addicted to the blood sucking pleasure?

If a vampire sucks blood directly from a human, and that human has thrombus, so will the thrombus be sucked out to the vampire's mouth? If so, what will happen?

What if any of the boys are isekaied to the world of Seraph of the End?

I've asked about this before but all comments are focused on Yui even if I put "or any of the boys" in the title

They could be isekaied in groups, in any subset of DL cast.

Incase anyone don't know about the settings, there are: vampires capture human as livestocks for blood; human doing human experiments; immense pleasure when blood being sucked directly; big daddy vampire that planned everything; the MC there is named Yuu

I wish in 2012 the world behaved like how it happened in the manga Seraph of the End in 2012. Meaning that a virus infected all human over age 13 and only those human and killed them, good-looking vampires capture survivors as livestocks for blood

I wish math is taught in the way that the fundamentals are taught first. Like learning set theory before learning to count in elementary, and groups rings fields are learned first before learning addition and multiplication

I wish Seraph of the End could have been readapted to a two-cour anime covering Osaka arc, and it's prequel also gets adapted to a two-cour anime covering the whole plot, and both animes are aired in the same seasons. With the plot fully follows the original plot, no anime original scenes.

Does blood sucking have biological pleasure? Or it's just bc masochism?

I wonder if blood sucking in DL works like some other vampire works that blood sucking is canonically pleasurable for the human, no matter the human's will. Like, generally pleasurable ∀vampire∀human when vampire sucks human

Or it's just blood sucking -> pain, and Yui is a masochist so pain -> pleasure, not bc blood sucking directly implies pleasure?
