My First Post Here! I Made a DIY Nirvana Heart-Shaped Box

Hi everyone!

This is my first time posting on the Nirvana subreddit.

I'm a huge Nirvana fan! I even have a mini Fender guitar, and I've drawn a lot of Nirvana artwork.

I also collect their LPs, CDs, and cassette tapes.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and being part of the community!

Everything you see in the video was made by me using a cardboard shipping box, colored paper, glue, and printed photos. I didn't spend any money on it at all—I just used things I already had at home and finished it in one day.

I recorded this a long time ago, so the video quality isn't very good, and it's a little fast. Please pause the video if you'd like to see the details!

"Heart-Shaped Box" is my favorite Nirvana song.

I uploaded the video to YouTube, but it didn't get many views. 😅

I hope you like it!

alice in chains mini cd keychain ⛓️

I made these miniature Alice in Chains CD keychains myself!

I love attaching them to my backpack. 🤘

Next, I'm going to make one for their self-titled third album (Tripod).

drawing cute linkin park members

I drew Linkin Park!

I think Mike Shinoda turned out the cutest.

He looks like a cute teddy bear to me

korn adidas

Don't you think this shirt looks awesome? 🤘

It's the Korn × adidas collaboration long sleeve.

It cost me about $80, but I think it was totally worth it and I have zero regrets I think it was worth every won.

Jerry cantrell drawing Hurt Don't It?

I drew Jerry Cantrell.

I used one of Jerry's Instagram photos as a reference.

The hole is behind the jerry inspired by Down in a Hole.

The barren, icy ground represents grief, pain, and the difficult years he endured. In contrast, the green grass beneath his foot symbolizes hope, healing, and moving forward.

To me, this artwork represents Jerry slowly finding his way through the grief of losing Layne and overcoming the pain he has carried throughout his life.

I listened to Hurt Don't It? while drawing this piece, and its atmosphere inspired the emotions I wanted to express.

I tried to capture the quiet strength and emotion that I hear in Jerry's guitar.

I love you jerry
