I took my quest 3s in for a replacement since I bought the 3 year insurance that has 1 and a half years left, but this time they had to send it to their headquarters, it sat in a warehouse for six weeks even after telling them it had a broken controller. Then they emailed my father saying that we’d get “storecredit” and I’d be able to get a new one for the price I payed for it, and of course I have to wait a few more days for that to roll in, but since they said they’d repair the headset for the price I payed I don’t know if they’ll refund the warranty, plus the price of the quest 3s went up meaning if I get the money for the price I payed which would have been around $250-$300 I’d be paying that price for a $400 headset. I understand it takes time but why can’t they just give us the money instantly? Or why can’t they just refund the whole headset at once like they used to? They were 100% in stock. This is definitely taken a bit of a mental toll on me definitely not just on this but on many things in my life, I am still waiting on this I’ll try to update in 5 days.
