Because invincible is such a successful franchise that shows no signs of getting unpopular. That means new storys/crossovers, etc will be made similar to DC and Marvel. The question is, when do you think (or if you think) that the characters in this franchise face power creep? Or am I going to deep.

We're making fun out of newborns now? You guys sound like boomers. I thought we swore not to be like them?

I guess the cycle continues

Invincible universe's Viltrumite Combat Speeds aren't FTL

Viltrumites from Invincible aren't FTL in combat speed, but for some reason, we say they are and use travel feats feats done in space to say that(Image). Mark being caught by clearly not ftl attacks isn't inconsistent and surprisingly is valid for narrative.

Did we all forget that Space is a [vacuum](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vacuum) and lacks any way to prevent them from indefinitely [accelerating](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acceleration) and go over FTL for velocity.

Not to mention how [Viltrumite physiology work for flight](https://youtu.be/FRTQ\_PueHok?si=K-c440-nwgRos87r) 2:40-2:50 "we can literally push off anything". We have force applied on an object consistently in a vacuum, constant acceleration of a mass over hours to literal days. FTL is their travel speed and they need to build up acceleration over time.

Using Nolan, from Invinicible, to compare, we see [him vs Red Rush, from invincible](https://youtu.be/v0CE0Cm-nRg?si=VlLG\_Wv7YCetx8Pb) gore warning. He has to catch and grab the red speedster, cementing that in combat speed, Red Rush is faster. We know that [Red Rush, from Invincible, experiences relativity and time still](https://youtu.be/Pp3pREcrCik?si=z9LP11f6tQwJr9Kv) by the explanation of "Even the briefest of conversations feel like hours to me, it's agony" or something similar while talking to his girlfriend. This also means he's below SoL and is Relativistic with his own speed, with no feats to really disprove that. Later on feats show Red Rush, from Invincible, outright outspeeding Nolan, from Invincible, to act as a distraction, only further cementing this narrtive speed comparison(Image).

For feats that exist to try to fight this point, one of the examples that exists is [Nolan, from Invincible, resisting and breaking free from a black hole's pull](https://youtu.be/Y7Pv9\_qLJFI?si=HIKdCnywHgwRcBbG) but this isn't an FTL feat or even a SoL feat as a blackhole only has a grip on light once it's past the event horizon. He only starts to stop resisting the pull briefly before resisting and breaking free, reminder that Viltrumites, from Invincible, can move freely in space. Another feat people bring up for FTL is [Nolan, from Invincible, destroying Flaxan society, from invincible](https://youtu.be/hJ9UUnYybfw?si=iNW1XGbrjBJ4C80m) starts around 2:30. That feat takes, as far as Earth hours go, from day time to evening, going off the background of Mark, from Invincible, returning home to Debbie, from Invincible and having lunch, then dinner. We really see it kick in around 3:11 to 3:21, which becomes a fast forwarded sequence where Nolan, from Invincible, is seen beardless and eventually is shown with a full out beard and lengthened hair growth. The flaxan dimension, from Invincible, flow at an entirely different rate to invincible's Earth(Image). We see Nolan, from Invincible, also steadily accelerate over several buildings and have actual drag to his motion.

With all that said, I rest my case. Believe it or not, but Viltrumites, from Invincible, don't fight at FTL speeds. Feel free to rebute or debate my points if you feel otherwise.

This 🥷 just said with confidence that Thragg and BB are city level

This is what I fucking mean when I say that most people do not know how to powerscale for shit. This nga is quite literally saying that 3 dekus can destroy a planet 🤣
