cold proofed like 18 hours, boiled 20 secs each side (boil was water, baking soda and barley malt syrup) baked at 500 for 6 minutes then dropped to 450 for 12 minutes

first time trying angelo’s, spending the day in philly and went to the wolf st location. This is literally the best thing ever 😭 i also got a complimentary slice of pizza which was delicious. i ordered a cheesesteak with cooper sharp and onions with a long hot on the side. also the bread was PHENOMENAL.
