Hey guys I'm only a few hour post op rhino and chin lipo and I'm having a ball lol my hospital has YouTube and Netflix I was on TikTok live for a bit talking fine just changing the nose guaze every few hours. I also walked to the bathroom an hour after surgery a little dizzy but I've been getting up fine now not dizzy at all.. I had to pee like 3 times within the span on 2 hours.. also tmi was on my cycle day 3 and now I'm not bleeding anymore at all🥰🥰🥰 , anyways I'm 20 idk if that's helping my recovery but

Hey guys, so my surgery is booked in August and I originally wanted a lift plus a reduction and also implants. I am currently a 34 double D. I don’t necessarily want big boobs, which is why I’m not prone to implants as I already have big boobs. I more so just want them to sit up and not need a bra. I’ve seen how implants look within the first year really perky, but I’ve noticed that that’s only for women who start really small, but since I already have a lot of tissue, they’re just gonna end up looking natural once they settle or I believe too big. I guess my question is is it really necessary for me to get implants because once they drop wont they just look like really big natural boobs?

The last photo is an example of what I mean… I like that look but she started small. And is only a few months post op do they always stay perky like that ? Or once they drop they’ll end up looking a bit more natural… if that’s the case it’s no point of me getting implants.
