Rattle noise when I turn the AC on

I have a 2016 Toyota camry se with 180k miles

Every time I turn the AC on I get a rattle noise that feels on top of the engine and rattle the heat shield.. Once I turn the AC off the rattle goes away.. I changed the tensioner and serpiente belt and checked for loose bolts holding the AC compressor

Just wondering if someone else has experience it and what could be causing it..

Shared fence

I need some advice

I have a share fence with a neighbor. It's like 10 post long.... The issue is that he wants to hire a contractor do do it at at cost of 4,000 $..

I want to do it ourselves.. Renting the equipment to do Auger, pick up truck and material for around

1,500$

The question is can he force me to pay for the contractor..

How do I proceed with this

I called the city bylaw department and they told me to that it's a civil matter and the city will not intervene on those issues
