I just picked up a 62” 45# Vista Monarch from cabelas. They didn’t have any arrows in stock that matched this bow, so I bought some online and they came with rubber vanes…i ordered some turkey feather arrows, but is there a rise that I should get for shooting both for target practice that would also work for bowfishing?

I have been mountain biking off and on for a few years now, and I’d really like to start improving my strength both on and off the bike.

what do you think would really help the most: an electric mountain bike, or an electric assist smith press machine?

there seems to be more rock climbers than anytime in history…and more of them are rope soloing…
