Suggestions to improve my team for competitive play

I don’t have much experience with competitive pokemon so I would appreciate Tipps auf suggestions to improve my current team (like using different pokemon, held items, moves (no tm´s),Distribution of EVs and what abilities/natures to use).

Advice to cool down my quails

we recently had a heatwave and my quails were really inactive and were panting all the time. We never had problems with the heat so do you have any advice what I could do to cool them down?
