Does anyone else’s schnauzer have wicked bad anxiety?
Don’t get me wrong- there’s a lot going on-we are moving and we have been packing…but even BEFORE all of that, seems my Chloebears anxiety or stress is worsening. She’s turning 8 this year and just wants to be all up on me(clingy puppers), staring at me from anywhere she is and just…does that. Or lays by me…then gets up and jumps off the couch, sits on the floor, stares at me, then hops back up to lay back down-several times in a row. Or does a wispy whine while staring at me.
I know we are in the midsts of packing, or lightly packing, but we’ve been chilling, been actually normal(except me with my stress of tooth removal), but she’s been…off more.
The vet says she looks fine, feels fine, has a stage 2 heart murmur, but nothing that would show why she’s so anxious. I didn’t get her any calming meds-unless anyone has any options that aren’t made with chicken, pork or beef(she’s fricken allergic to all of them).
