Mehrangarh Fort is a fascinating architectural marvel. Built on the top of a hill, its towering presence leaves you in awe of the capabilities of the architects and engineers of the time.

There is beauty in every direction of Ladakh. When you reach Sani Lake in Padum, kindly take a small break and sit on the many benches around the lake and submit yourself to the serenity and simplicity of the location.

I am planning a solo trip to Ladakh in the month of September and would take a pit stop for a few days at Manali.
Kindly advice the places I can visit while I am there and also is it safe to assume that the monsoon related landslides will be over by that time?
I am planning a solo road trip to Ladakh in the month of September.
I will start from Delhi in the first week of September and plan to be on the road for around 20 days.
What word of advice would you folks like to share with me?
Also, would you recommend that I enter Leh from Zanskar side or the traditional Manali Leh highway side?
