How to set the elevation on a building blueprint?

Hopping back in since the PZ2 announcement and I can't seem to figure out how to set the elevation for a building or scenery piece I made like how it is with the default blueprints.

I know habitat blueprints can mod the terrain, that's not what I'm wanting to do, I want to set the elevation of my blueprint to be what it is when I create it, like how the prefab blueprints are, so when I bring it in it's at the desired elevation and I don't have to spend forever with the advanced move tool trying to get my shop elevation right.

How do y'all prep for setting up a booth at a fishing show?

I'm attending my first proper fishing show as a vendor later in the year and the closer it gets the more stressed I'm getting thinking about all the stuff I'd need to not look like some fool sitting behind a table. I'm thinking about what kind of booth I'd be interested in checking out as a customer and to do that I'd need to seriously build up my on hand inventory, get promo items like hats, shirts, and stickers, and have one or two guides or pro staff type folks in my booth to talk to potential customers. I know, that's all going to cost A LOT of money, parts alone to fill out two rod racks will go well over $5k

The worst part about planning for this show is that is the inaugural show, I don't have any kind of historic attendance or anything to go off of. The best comparison is a show that's held just before Christmas over an hour away that hasn't had the best organization team, next to that is the Houston Fishing Show which, square footage wise, is 20x as big as this show

JoyXtra cannot cut right angles or straight lines

I've tried two different kinds of vinyl, different blade pressures, and converting the text to a .svg file in inkscape and every time I send it to cut I get the wonky curved lines.

I'm trying to make a 1cm tall decal or, at a minimum a stencil I can use with my airbrush

I'm shopping around for a gopro to use when out kayak fishing and I'm not in the mood to spend $300+ for a camera if I can get something just as good at or under $200.

I'm seeing the new Hero (no number) for just over $200 new and $150-160 open box on Amazon and Best Buy. My local used market has Hero 11-13s for over $300 but I've found a couple Hero 8s for around $200 for just the camera and maybe a couple small accessories like a head mount or some such.

My main goal is to make videos to promote my custom tackle to increase sales so, I'm needing something that is 100% waterproof, that can reliably be used in the south Texas summer sun, and can be used for 3-8+ hours with minimal charging hassle. I don't need 4K, I don't even have the hardware to edit 4K, image stabilization is handy but not a necessity, and if available I'll only be able to use local/Bluetooth connectivity on my phone

From what I've found googling, both of them are fully waterproof with their doors closed. Operating temps go up to 95F(35C), beyond that they start to overheat, which should be manageable, especially if I can use some improvised water cooling or just throw it in my cooler for a bit. They both run for about 1.5 hours on a single charge, the 8 I can bring spare batteries, if each battery is good for 1.5 hours I'd need at least one and up to 4 or 5 spares. The Hero has an integrated battery which I can charge via external power bank, which I already have a couple of but, I don't know how quickly the Hero would drain a 5 or 10,000mAh power bank and, it's not waterproof while charging unless there's an accessory I'm not aware of.

I'm not set on just these two, open to other models and I'd love to hear any advice, tips, or tricks y'all might have for what I'm wanting to do.
