30” baritone 7 string on the way - string recommendations?

I’ve got a Cerberus XRC7 on the way - is coming without strings. This is my first foray into such a long scale length (current longest is LTD H-1008B with Evertune at 27”) and wondering what gauge set I should look for.

Planning on keeping it around drop F-G standard, but miiiight venture down toward E1. Off the shelf options are the Ernie Ball Baritone 13-72, Stringjoy 11-70 and 13-74. Since is 30” scale length, I’m thinking the 11-70 would be most suitable, but would love your input.

NAD: my office rig.

After two and a half months since ordering, it finally arrived. Got it plugged in and gave it a few chugs - it absolutely lives up to the hype. Massive shout out to Keith at Incognito Guitars for this one!

I don’t know if this pedal exists…

Imagine, if you will, a modern day Voodoo Labs Amp Selector. Runs off a 9V (or maybe 12V input), with a buffered input. It can run one amp at a time or up to six - nay, EIGHT amplifiers at once, each one switchable with independent volume control and a ground lifts to negate phasing issues, a tuner out - and in a pedal format, unlike KHE offerings.

Does such a thing exist in 2026?
