Just had to share these because the fandom needs more Troy art (he’s my #1 blorbo, though Ilya is a close second!)

The first is, of course, Ilya being a menace and embarrassing poor Troy, and the second is a nice soft moment between Troy and Harris (with a cameo appearance by Mr. Neck-Neck!)

These were both done by the insanely talented @bubun_ji on X! Both of them are based on moments from two of my fanfics (I know this sub isn’t for sharing fic, so I’ll just say to check out the r/heatedrivalryfanfics sub if you’re curious haha!)

The Troy and Ilya one is from my fic ‘Worth A Thousand Words’, and the Troy and Harris one is from ‘A Ticking We Can’t See’ (any guesses on who my favorite GCU character is? 😜)

The ever-incredible @bubun_ji on X finished their second commission for me and I will never recover from how amazing and perfect this one is! 😭

It’s Troy and Harris snuggle up at the end of my fic ‘A Ticking We Can’t See’. I just had to share it because it came out so gorgeous, and I think we need more Troy and Harris art in our lives!

Hope this is okay to share! This is the first of two art commissions I had done by the amazing @bubun_ji !

It’s Ilya and Troy in a scene from my fic “Worth a Thousand Words” and it came out so perfectly!

They are doing one more comm for me — Troy and Harris from another of my fics — and I will definitely share that one too when it’s done! :)

This fic was inspired by a Reddit comment by u/prettyroses (comment is linked in my author’s note!) — What if Shane hadn’t said “I love you” back? What if he’d left Ilya hanging???

This will be just 2 chapters long (Shane fixes things pretty quickly, don’t worry 😜) and I just published the first one this morning!

Instead, he saw nothing but a hazy cloud of disbelief, doubt, and uncertainty. 

“Holy shit…” Shane murmured softly.

Ilya just kept staring at him, waiting for him to say more. But all he saw looking back at him was that same terrified, wide-eyed stare.

And Ilya knew he’d made a terrible mistake.

Ilya shook his head and gave the other dog a small smile. “I am sorry, shchenok, but you know the rules. Only good pups are allowed on the furniture.”

In truth, Ilya wasn’t sorry at all — he knew the pleading was all an act. His pup was exactly where he wanted to be.

I am SO sorry for the incredibly long delay, but Chapter Five of ‘all flowers in time bend towards the sun’ is finally here!

(Full Fic Summary: For the first time in years, the Centaurs are playing at home the weekend of Ottawa's annual comic con, and Wyatt is hoping to convince some of his teammates to go with him.

Luca eagerly accepts the invitation, Ilya decides to join out of sheer pity, and Troy... Well, Troy's still not entirely sure how Ilya roped him into going, but it's too late to turn back now.)

Got this tattoo 3 weeks ago from an artist on the other side of the country (literally — opposite coast from me!). I was traveling to attend a comic convention and this artist (whom I’ve wanted a tattoo from for a long time) was taking appointments, so I booked them.

It’s been healing pretty well, but as you can see, there is a spot where some color fell out (there was a small but thick scab that formed there and I let it fall off naturally but it still took some ink with it!)

So my dilemma is what to do about getting it touched up, as I cannot fly out there for one. I’m debating between just living with the imperfection or seeing if a local artist (who’d be willing to touch it up!) can match the color.

Obviously having that visible imperfection on my body forever is not ideal. But my hesitation with the second option is because the color is so vivid and saturated, I worry that if a local artist doesn’t have the exact same shade of ink, it won’t be a perfect match. And my fear is that if the colors don’t match perfectly, it might end up actually standing out more/looking even worse than the patchy spot? Is this a valid concern? Or am I overthinking it?
